 + -1 moreThe floor looks nice. It was tough dealing with them. They were not understanding. We were highly inconvenienced because they forgot material and order the wrong material. When we asked for a discount, they told the installer to rip up the floor. They eventually took money off for the horrible dealings! They also quote a low price and jack it up when they come to measure stating they added wrong. They were off approximately $800 for a math error. We would not have had them come if the price was that much higher.
Description of Work: Pergo in living room & dining room, tile in kitchen.

 + -1 moreI WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! I HAD MY NEW CARPET FOR ONLY ONE WEEK AND THERE WAS A PULL IN THE HALLWAY. I CALLED THEM TO COME AND REPAIR IT. THEY REFUSED SAYING THEY WERE NOT AT FAULT.

 + -1 moreOVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS DEFINITELY FAVORABLE. PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE, SALES STAFF WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND THEIR WORKERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND FINISHED PROMPTLY.
Description of Work: PROVIDED SAMPLES OF THEIR PRODUCTS, DETAILED DIFFERENCES BETWEEN CARPET TYPES, THEN FURNISHED AND INSTALLED CARPETING FOR THREE ROOMS IN MY HOUSE.

 + -1 moreOUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE. BRUCE, AT CARPET GIANT, CAME TO OUR HOUSE WITH MANY HARDWOOD FLOORING CHOICES. I REALLY WANTED TO MATCH THE NEW FLOORING TO THE COLOR OF THE FLOORING IN THE HALLWAY THAT LEADS INTO THE BABY'S ROOM. BRUCE WAS ABLE TO DO THAT AND THE FLOORING WAS DELIVERED PROMPTLY.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED TO PUT IN A HARDWOOD FLOOR IN OUR NEW BABY'S ROOM. WE SHOPPED AROUND FOR THE BEST PRICE AND DECIDED TO GO WITH CARPET GIANT.
