Description of Work: Nothing! I called for an appointment to have my washer repaired, and they had NO availability in my area (Cobble Hill) for two weeks!

Description of Work: Fridge/freezer suddenly stopped working. Called Brooklyn Appliance and Repair and the tech picked up on the second ring.We briefly discussed the nature of my problem and he assured me that a tech would see me shortly..They responded to my home almost IMMEDIATEDLY!! Boris -the repairguy- troubleshot my unit and quickly and accurately determined the problem. Less than 30 minutes later the necessary repairs were affected and my fridge was up and running again He comes HIGHLY recommended as I would not hesitate to use his services again. KUDOS
