I dropped my vacuum off on Saturday June 1st. Since they are closed on Sunday and Monday, I didn't get a call with my estimate until Tuesday. Once I authorized the work it was about a week until they completed it. So overall, I was without my vacuum for 2 weeks. That being said, I had a number in my head that I was willing to spend to fix the machine as opposed to buying a new one and the estimate came in just below that. Now my vacuum works really well.
