CALLED AND MADE THE APPOINTMENT, THEY CAME OUT WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR HOURS TIME. THEY STEAMED CLEANED ALL MY FURNITURE IN MY LIVING ROOM. THEY ALSO SCOTCH GUARDED IT. I AM A PERFECTIONIST AND IT LOOKS GREAT.
