Me Katz was extremely professional. He answered me immediately came over and gave me a quote. He said he could get the drapes cleaned and pressed in just a few days. The drapes look great. He brought his own steamer and now the drapes are perfect

I was very lucky to have had Bright n' Clean be my first experience with contracting for a service online. The owner of Bright n' Clean, Shlomi arrived at my house and was prompt, knowledgeable and a consummate professional. He picked up my eight very large shades to be cleaned at 9:00AM and was back to re-install them by 6:00 that evening. I highly recommend Bright n' Clean and will do so to all my friends and professionals in the design world.

Prompt, courteous service. Parking the truck was an issue in my neighborhood, and Evan called ahead to tell me they were having difficulty and might be a few minutes late, and that's all it was...a few minutes. Evan was very knowledgeable and explained the cleaning process, and also explained that the shade that was literally blackened by NY city dirt could not be restored to it's original color. While I was disappointed I appreciated that he let me know this before the cleaning or I might have been even more disappointed int the results. As it is, he was able to get it to an acceptable stage of cleanliness and also advised a maintenance routine for the terrace door that might mitigate the build up of dirt in the fabric shade. The cost of the service was a bit more than I anticipated, but they did a good job, and couldn't have been more courteous or accommodating.
