Big Apple Iron

Came to water seal my granite deck. Ended up having all different shades of granite when finished. Told me they would come back and makes it look even. Never responded and ruined all my tiles. They even sprayed my concrete under the deck my accident, so now when it rains you see 30 spots. Avoid this company at all costs. I have 4k in repairs.

He walked in my kitchen and signed an agreement that he would water seal the granite stone/tile to be waterproof. I asked if it would permanently change the color of the granite. He said it might get a little darker which I agreed upon. He sprayed the deck using a chemical(s). I was under the deck cleaning. When he was done I came up, and saw all the granite tiles a little bit darker and all the same color with a wet appearance. I was very satisfied with how it appeared. Big Apple Iron aka The Welder dude LLC told me not to walk on it for 48 hours and I complied. When I looked at the stone it was different shades all around. Some stones looked darker, some lighter. I texted him photos and he said he could come spray again (put another coat) on September 4th. Unfortunately, he never showed up, ignored my texts and 2 phone calls. I am extremely disappointed that I paid someone $350 to ruin my granite stone deck. It is all different shades and I don t know what it will cost to repair or if it s even repairable.
