They met their stated delivery times, were candid about what they could and could not do, handled the rug carefully and returned it to use in good condition and much refreshed. Very nice gentleman.

The quality of both carpets is excellent and they have a good selection of carpets to choose from. Were good at problem solving. Used an excellent padding and the installation couldn't have been better. They look and feel great. We had a very helpful person provide some guidance when we were choosing the carpet and the whole experience was excellent.

They were helpful, and responsive. The work and delivery were on time. We found a flaw in one and they promptly replaced. These people are wonderful, honest and very customer focused.

On Nov. 12th, they picked up an oriental rug to be fixed. It was in very bad shape. It came yesterday and I can't believe the job they did! It looks like a brand new rug. They helped me move some furniture to put it down.

I visited the store twice, and they were always helpful and had a large selection. I have unusual color walls and wasn't sure of the best color, so they let me take a whole sample book home which helped tremendously. It took about two weeks from the time I ordered until the time it was installed. The installers were prompt and did good work. Before this, I hadn't bought a carpet in a couple of decades, so I have nothing to compare this to, but I was and am very happy with the results.

Great experience-- I walked into their store on Atlantic avenue, no appointment. Wayne, the proprietor, was on-site and assisted me personally. They had a preposterous variety of products to choose from, from fancy wool varieties to blends to synthetics. I told Wayne what I wanted and what I was looking to spend; he showed me a product that was a perfect match for my needs. He dispatched a senior employee to measure my bedrooms; Wayne quoted me his price over the phone, and I agreed; he gave me his first available appointment, his guys showed up on time, and they did a flawless job. Didn't even take long.

I'd say that their price was good. Their office was very accommodating and good to deal with. They were definitely very responsive. They seemed pretty prompt.

Wayne helped me select carpeting in my price range. He was very patient and gave me all the time I needed to make my selection. The installers showed up on time, worked quickly and professionally, and did a great job.

Very good service overall! They were less than half the price of other major players in NYC ($10 per cut and $2 per linear foot to bind), and pick up and delivery was reasonable ($50). Their pick-up and delivery windows were only 1 hour long, and they showed up when I expected them to. The day after pickup they called me with the exact cost, saying that they would not proceed until they heard from me. The rugs were delivered quickly -- only one week after they picked it up. I gave a diagram to show how to cut the carpet, since the Bedroom was an odd shape. They cut this EXACTLY how I asked, and sold me a felt rug pad that was cut to the perfect size. The leftover part of the carpet I had made into a runner and a small rug.Even though I did not ask for a rug pad for these pieces, they included appropriately sized padding (not felt, but what I think of as non-skid shelf liner).
