I had scheduled for Friday 10/5/18, to hang two floating shelves. The night before they texted me to say they had an emergency repair in another state and could not make it. Although I understand things happen cancelling at the last minute, it left me with no other option to get someone else. I was fortunate to get a maintenance person in my building to do it for much cheaper price that same day as I was traveling the next week and could not reschedule.
