Bed Bug Inspection Group LLC

A friend of mine had a bed bug scare and referred me to Bed Bug Inspection Group because she thought they were very professional. I had called frantically and asked for an appointment right away. I was told they were full for the day but would see if they could fit me in and they did. I appreciated them taking a later job and squeezing me because of my schedule constraints. I was provided with a list of things to prepare for, which wasn't that difficult.  When the inspector, John, arrived he brought the cutest beagle Daisy!  She seemed eager to get the job started and started sniffing my living room and proceeded to my bedrooms. The living room passed the test but it was near my night stand when she started to scratch. I was told it meant I had bed bugs in my room and I started to cry - the poor guy had to face a crying hysterical customer but he kept calm and assured me it was ok.  He finished the inspection in my other room, which was bed bug free. I had a million questions and must have kept him there way past his work hours (since it was already a late job) but he was great about answering everything. I was told not everyone responds to bed bug bites.  I was lucky my boyfriend slept over once in a while and it was when he started getting bites that I started to suspect I had bed bugs.  He showed me signs of beg bugs, little black dots on my bed frame and sheets that are often an indicator of bed bugs. He advised me to wash my clothes, bag them and how to avoid spreading it to my work and friends. When I asked about extermination companies to use, I was told they don't refer anyone but did give me a list of the top three companies he knows of and it was up to me to research and decide on what company would work best for me. To sum it up, very knowledgeable and great customer service! I would definitely use them again.
