Bear glass is a full glass fabricator in Brooklyn, NY. We are third generation glaziers. We are at our current location for over 20 years. Here we utilize over 25,000 sq ft to its maximum. We deliver to the Tri-state area 5 days a week, with 5 trucks on the road daily. Also, we ship nationwide. We use cutting edge technology to service our customers, and we have the largest inventory for stock sheets. Even those hard to find types. We are always looking for new ways to be more productive. Whether it’s purchasing new machinery to provide new services or bringing in different lines of glass, we do it. We strive to keep our customers satisfied, and are always looking to make new ones. Schedule is not as promised and the is COD
The door was not installed properly. It took 4 visits to do the installation and it is still problematic.
Didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Drilled lots of unnecessary holes in a new door. Door wont close properly
The problem was, the metal table base had rusted along the bottom. Clearly, it had been left in standing water - which was visible in their work space. When we complained about this, the man we were working with was incredibly rude and unprofessional - telling us that it was our fault that the table rusted and there was no water in their shop (though he refused to come down stairs so we could show him the standing water. In the end, he agreed to refund $50 of our money - which they did by promptly sending a check. He maintained to the end that it could not possibly have been their fault but gave us the partial refund anyway. I think Bear glass does good work but they have NO concept of customer service and have been rude at some level each of the four times I've visited their store. The place itself is disorganized so I recommend you don't leave anything there.
