I arrived at 430pm and met with the salesman (Fouad F.). He was nice enough, and eager to show me vehicles and take them out for a test drive. I decided upon a XC70 negotiated a price, and told him that I was pre-approved for the amount. This was all completed by 6pm. Fouad was not familiar with the financing method (electronic check). So he tried to get the manager over to help. But first he said he needed to get the insurance manager involved, even though I wasn't taking the vehicle home that night. It was 630pm by the time the Sales Manager came over (poorly dressed; I thought he was a mechanic at first). I told him I have a check, it's a two step process and we should be able to submit it tonight. He was apparently too busy to do it, for a $30k sale, and said we wouldn't be able to submit it until tomorrow, and then I would have to come back on Monday to finish filling out the paperwork. I said, so you don't want to do this right now; he replied no, and I walked out.

Service was on time, very little wait time. All issues were taken care of.

My vehicle is pretty much running the way it was delivered it to me. They are not cheap but they are scrupulously honest. I would certainly recommend them. I like that their technicians are excellent. After dealing with them for almost 15 years, the technicians and the supervisor know me. They never give me a story that I cannot accept. When they do something and it is not done exactly right, there is never any excuse. The car just goes back into the shop and comes back to me with my complaints corrected and there is no additional bill.

They are very efficient and they stand behind their work.
