They are very good.

The representative suggested I do this maintenance in lieu of the 30,000 mile maintenance because it would save me money. My car has 26,000 miles. They had the car for a few hours to complete the work. They did only the maintenance and no other repair work. I was happy with the result.

I called in before hand to see if they had time to do an oil change and wheel rotation/balance. They told me sure, come on in. I drove in, had the car taken by the valet, and then proceeded to wait 15 minutes in a growing line of people for a nonexistent "Service Advisor". The man when he finally arrived appeared annoyed that he had customers waiting and promptly took a break to get himself a snack (a repeating theme with this man).
He doesn't give me any estimate of how long it'll take but says sure they can take care of these two simple things. I spend the next 2 hours waiting. At one point, an hour and half into waiting, I get up to see my car in the repair bay being worked on by a technician. I watch as the technician pours oil into the engine, then walks away to get some food from a delivery guy. Then 30 minutes later I'm called back by the Service Advisor who tells me they couldn't do the rotation and balance because "your axle is broken and you need new tires." After some prodding he reveals the axle isn't actually broken, the boot on the right front CV joint is torn. And the tires are perfectly fine from a visual inspection. The reality is they were too busy and too uninterested to tell me the truth.
I'll never return.

Our old Honda Civic would not start from the Ikea parking lot, and we were towed to this place as the nearest Honda dealership.  We arrived just as they were about to close on a Saturday evening and they refused to take us into their parking lot so they could perform the work when they re-opened.  The tow truck had to drop us off right there; luckily there was a parking spot on the street and it was the weekend so we didn't have to keep feeding the meter because we don't live anywhere close.
The Honda staff were very unwelcome and we felt an overall attitude coming from the personnel there.  Over the weekend we found a LOT of negative reviews about the place and decided to get our car re-towed to another place, and we couldn't have been happier not to use this provider.

Every time I've been to Bay Ridge honda the service has been excellent.  I wouldn't say the sales people are as professional in the show room but the service center is excellent.

I was last there to get my car service in April. The oil change was 30 dollars. They are cordial. They let you know what is going on. They are very friendly. They will try to get your car back to you as soon as possible.

I bought my car here and I take it here for regular maintenance. They are very accommodating for scheduling. They are open until midnight for maintenance.  If there is ever a scheduling problem because they are busy they will work with you to fit you in. I have always been pretty satisfied with their service.  I would give them an A+ if I could.

They were good and I have no complaints. They are open late which is very good and convenient for people who work. They are fairly reasonable as far as dealer repair is concerned.

fyi - Regardless of who you buy or lease from, always ask who the financing/leasing company will be for the quote  (monthly payment, number of payments ) given.  if it's not the manufacture's finance/lease company, ask for a QUOTE if financed/leased using the manufacturer's finance company.

They are pretty good but they are expensive. They are fast and are open early and close late. They are friendly and fair. I did have a problem with one bill and we talked about it and we didn't get mad over it. I trust them and the price is worth it for the convenience of service they offer to me.

I am satisfied overall with Bay Ridge Honda. They have convenient late hours.

When the car was ready 4 pick up the sales person went over some details---skipping the lemon law until I pointed out to him that he had skipped it---he then went over it. Sales person then brought me to some financial officer who sits in a rear office, (they are in the back 4 a reason!), That person stated, "You know you are not covered 4 major damage 4 three months?" News to me, "Yes," he said you have a 39 month lease but U are only covered 4 36 months." "For only a few dollars more you could be covered -----we could change it to a 36 month lease." So Bay Ridge Honda was scaring me ----working on fear. They were attempting to raise the price of my agreed upon lease, having me pay more for getting LESS---3 months Less. And at the same time they were getting the car back---which they will turn over for cash in their used car division---they will get this car back 3 months earlier. This person emphasized--"you will actually be paying less!" Well of course I will be paying less because I am getting less, 3 months of usage less. So DO stick to your guns on the price agreed. DON'T be pushed and do not let them use fear as a motivator for you. DO go to a leasing company, to get a price before you go to honda 4 their price--- Compare apples to apples--price of the leasing company ---including $down, price per month to the price a dealership offers.

Dealer contacted us after receiving our information from the auto program. We made an appointment with the Honda salesman. He showed us the minivan we were interested in, gave us the auto program price, told us about the styles of minivans available and their prices. When we were happy with the price, he had our trade-in appraised and we arrived at an agreeable trade-in value. The salesman was not slick, didn't try to push us to upgrade, didn't make us feel we were being taken advantage of or that he was doing us a favor by selling us a car. I really hate going to car dealers, but this experience was not painful.

I brought a car in to have the center panel, which had been cracked when the radio was stolen, replaced. They took it in, I waited 3 hours, and they told me the center panel didn't have to be replaced. They did, however, discover that the antenna wire had been cut and gave me an estimate for that. So I brought the car back the next day, and they did all repairs. Customer service was consistently good.
