They were on time - he worked fairly quickly, though it's a little longer than they estimate. He could have done a better job of warning us of the fumes when he started spraying - my 5 year old was at home, and it was VERY bad. I would advise that you are not at home.

The worker was prompt and very nice. However, he could have payed more attention to details. Dust particles from the sprayer landed on the tub and he had to come back and remove them.Also, he did not cover the floor under the tub, so he had to remove a coating of glaze that ended up on the floor.  The company was very responsive to returning to make sure the job was done correctly and to clean up problems.

Joanne was great to work with on scheduling, I didn't have to wait for an appointment, and the man who came to do the job did it quickly, neatly, and well. And it was cheaper than other quotes I'd received.
