The workers came on time and performed their jobs professionally. Any item out of order was quickly corrected.

They were excellent. They were there when they said they were coming or if I needed them. The day I called, they cam immediately and gave me the estimate price. I had a very good experience with them. They were terrific.

It went great. Rand B came right away to look at the job, we sent a small deposit and paid the balance when the work was completed.

The principal, Angelo, was the individual I spoke with. Very prompt and respectful, came in with a very fair price. We set up the day and he had his people come on the scheduled day we contracted for. We wanted the concrete to be a particular darker shade, like a slate sidewalk. They worked with us and selecting a color to put in the concrete mix. Unfortunately, it came out a little lighter than we expected. We didn't want it too dark, but it was not dark enough. The sidewalk design was also something they worked with us on. At the end of the summer, we noticed a crack through one of the flags. We called him and talked about it and he came by to look at it. He agreed that there was a crack, small, but visible. He said the best time to address the issue would be in the spring. He said a repair would not be able to be disguised. It would still be visible in the concrete. That was an unfortunate part of the project.

Angelo did all the necessary paperwork that had to be filed with the city. The new sidewalk looks great and he even repaired our concrete steps where a corner had broken off at no charge.
