Alex and Sasha were promptly there on time for the 4 days it took to complete this job (and actually finished early as I was told it would be 5 days). Professional, courteous and did an excellent job. Stairs that were redone feel sturdier than ever and they completely cleaned up anything that got under the tarps they covered everything with. I only had to move my furniture back and clean the sliding door window - everything else was kept clean. Also they removed all garbage generated so i didn't need to rent a dumpster or worry about keeping a ton of garbage bags on side of the house.

They were responsive and have good quality work. I called Alex, the owner of the company, when there was an issue 2 months later with the stairway. He came over immediately and fixed what was not right. He's always responsive, he kept in touch with me via text and phone regularly while his men were working. If I called him now to say there was a problem, I believe he will come on the same day.

I love my new stairs, and floors. They replaced floors in the upper hallway and a small bedroom, they also rebuilt an entire staircase that was completly unsafe, stairs rocking, loose. They tore out the whole staircase, replaced stringers, risers, and all, stained and poly urathene.Beautiful, very happy. They also painted the hall put new baseboards in. looks like a new house, might give me the incentive to do some other much needed painting. Although they spoke another language The contractor spoke perfect english, was polite, clean and I trusted them in my home. they cleaned up. and took the trash with them. I believe the price was fair .
