He did the awning work perfectly. He was on time. He recommended that I need to replace everything that might go bad before putting the awning up. He recommended these two people to me for which I am so grateful. I would say he recommends good people. He gave superior workmanship. If you ask him to do something in a way, he would say, ?I am sorry. I am a perfectionist. I have to do it this way?. When he does the work it is gorgeous. They were on time. They cleaned up very neatly. I am usually used to people leaving the mess. The lady was trying to sweep cleanly. They did not take much long and everything was perfect. The work was done in July. I told the awning guy that I wanted to make sure that I did not have any problem with the tiles I had put in. He did not want to do the job as he did not want to ruin the tiles, and he wanted a professional to come and do it. I think that was a sign of a thorough professional. He could have a done a crappy job and left. I was very specific about the bill, and he gave it to me. He was gorgeous. I am happy he told about what he could do. I wanted three poles going up and down. He said that I really only should have three. He has all figured out ahead of time. He knew where to put the awning so that I would be comfortable. It does not leak and everything is in good shape. They came when they said they would come by. They did not leave any mess and left everything neat. I was really pleased with the cleaning they did.
