We really appreciated having Klodi working on our full apartment renovation. He is consistently honest, thoughtful, and delivered a high quality of work. Our renovation came during a period of bad supply chain issues which caused delays beyond our control, but Klaudian was extremely professional and helpful throughout, and always made himself available to complete the next step of the project as soon as we had the supplies ready for him. We have happily recommended him to several friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

I've done multiple complete apartment renovations in NYC, and Aurora Construction is the best contractor to do a major renovation. The price was reasonable, and Klodi did quality work. When there were things that needed followup, he did not hesitate to come back and take care of loose ends. Communication was great and he was super honest with timelines.

Klodi does quality work, will work until it's right and you are satisfied. He is very communicative through the entire process, over text and email, and answers any questions. Klodi and his team are very professional. He installed a radiator cover/window sill in my apartment and it looks great. While doing this project, they saw that my ceiling plaster needed a patch repair and they just took it upon themselves to fix for no charge. Another time, I hired him to remove an old oven, cut out part of the counter, and install a new oven. He offered to come back and install a floating shelf to fill the awkward space for no charge. Once I got the shelf, he came back and added the shelf. Will definitely be hiring them again.

Klodi and his team provided us with incredible work and thoughtful communication and service throughout this entire experience. The finished product exceeded our expectations and we look forward to continuing to work with his team in the future. He provided us with demolition, relocation of existing built-in systems, and complicated refinishing of our entire ceiling. Additionally, he helped us to make unforeseen construction decisions. Our project also included painting, base board installation, electrical work, and lighting installation. All of which was executed flawlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend his team to anyone seeking renovation work in the area. Finally, it's worth pointing out the the work was completed within the budget and timeline originally estimated.

We Literally have no regrets. Klodi is professional, reasonably priced and cared for our project as if it was for his own house. He was always available to chat if we had questions or concerns, and he quickly reached out if he needed us to make a decision. Klodi worked with us to design our entire project and made all our visions come true, including some custom work. There was not a room that he and his team did not renovate. To list a few, removed a wall, refinishing floors, added a powder room, total bathroom renovation, total kitchen renovation, outstanding tile work on floors and walls, electrical panel and lines, etc. We have already recommended him to some close friends. We highly recommend Klodi and Aurora NY.
