It is a scheduled appointment. They estimate how often you need it and come out. For many years we have had excellent service. I noticed there was something wrong with the broiler. The company left me out to dry about something non related. Now my broiler is empty and the house is cold.

The man I spoke with came on very strong. He mentioned he was a Financial Planner which seemed strange to me. He also stated that he was an agent for Natural Gas delivery and he could get it cheaper. I thought it was inappropriate that he was trying to sell instead of providing the plumber service. None of the people I spoke with were the people who I had spoke with previously, and I have used them recently. I think it might be under new ownership.

Sam is the owner. They have great customer service skills. I have referred a lot of friends and family, and they are happy. I like dealing with Main Street rather then dealing with Wall Street.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB CLEANING OUT THE FLUE. THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE WHEN I NEED THEM. THEY ARE VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED AND THEY ARE ALWAYS RESPONSIVE.
