Had an hvac install in our previously renovated two family house in Bushwick. Neil and his crew were extremely professional, taking the time to thoughtfully plan out the hvac installation, analyzing both the most efficient layout as well as aesthetically the best placement for the interior and exterior units. Highly recommend!

Neil was the first to respond to my project, and we made an appointment the same day. He was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my outdoor Carrier air conditioning unit. It was a relatively quick switch out of a defunct capacitor and plug. Highly recommended and will continue to call on him again.

I was getting married and the venue claimed the HVAC broke and they could not get the parts in time for my wedding. (THEY LIED). I called Neil and he arrived within an hour. He was thorough and detailed in his assessment and diagnosed and fixed the issue within 1.5 hours, despite the venue making it hard for him. He did not give up on getting the problem fixed. I texted him the next day for another issue and he responded almost immediately. He is nice and respectful as well. Highly recommend.

The guys from At Your Service were great! They figured out what was wrong with my split system, temporarily fixed it so that part of my house was cool, and then came back in a couple of days to complete the repair. This was all during one of the hottest weeks in NYC!

I hired these guys to service my in-ceiling AC unit. They damaged my tub and my sink. The unit would not run after they serviced it. They kept promising to come back and repair it but would not show up. I finally had to pay a different company to come and fix the problems they had created. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!

Neil was amazing! It took him no time to diagnose the problem with my HVAC system. He took the time to explain what the issue was and how it could be prevented the next time. He took his time and before leaving he assessed my system once more and saw that it was not cooling the house as it should. Neil completed a set of diagnostics and narrowed down the problem. He explained my options for getting it repaired. I appreciate Neil's honesty, patience and HVAC lessons! I highly recommend At Your Service HVAC because they are.

If you are looking for a quick fix for your air conditioning, then this is not the company for you. But if you want it done right the first time, then give them a call. Neil not only fixed the problem, but took the time to explain why he needed to do the repairs.

Owner of business very intelligent, open, honest. Although business has been in operation for about a year, has many years' experience working with father. Has very experienced crew. Wants installation to be aesthetically satisfying, e.g., when electrical and other lines to outside can't be run inside interior walls, places interior unit at exit wall so lines can go directly to the outside.

Neil and Patrick were Amazing! They were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and even more importantly Honest. They took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me solutions to prevent the issue from reoccurring.
