House calls are provided by our team of friendly, dedicated piano technicians. Besides regular tuning, our piano needed several repairs including a strange clicking sound associated with one key. Scott was able to pinpoint the sources of problems and repaired everything. The piano is in very good condition now.

The tuning could not have gone better. I requested a quote and received an email with a quote and with a note that if wanted to call Isaac I could. So knowledgeable and honest. He recommended that I go with Jae the senior apprentice because it would be cheaper and would do the job. Jae was awesome, knowledgeable, personable and very generous with his time and expertise.... thank you I wouldn’t go anywhere else..

We hired one of the apprentices (Jae) to do the repair and tuning. He did everything wonderfully, explained things along the way, took the patience to answer any questions I had and got the job done just like I was hoping to. Will certainly call them again if I need anything done.

Isaac is skilled, courteous, punctual, efficient and communicative. He has done great work on my piano and has taken the time to explain to me what he's doing and why he's doing it. I've had him do both a general tuning, and an overall adjustment to the piano's action, and now the piano sounds great. His prices are affordable and I appreciate that he shows up on time and does the job efficiently. He responds to emails quickly and making an appointment is easy thanks to his great website. I'm very happy to have him working on my piano!
