The job overall was okay. The windows that he had brought did not have screens. People need to be very specific in the contract and not assume. I assumed that the windows that he would get would have screens. They did a good job. I would give them B for the price. He monitored as the job was being done; that was a good thing. I had no problems with them. The guy who did the framing was good. They were punctual. They were professional. If he made an effort, the screens could have been changed. I would not use them in the future.

The workers did not have attitude problems and were helpful which I appreciated Everything looked good but the only issue was that the wood he put around the inside of the windows was pine. This is the least expensive of wood for that purpose. They worked perfect through the winter however because he did and excellent job insulating them.
