Painting was the most sloppily done painting ever. Based on how messy the painting was I decided not to have them remove/refinish my floors. Alex said he would come by to rectify the messiness. Never replied or came to the apartment. When I texted him that I would not have him do my floors, he sent me a cancellation bill for $764, despite the fact that a contract was never produced or signed. Door knobs were painted over, strike plates on doors, paint was dripped on my dark wood ceiling fans and hand prints on dark wood kitchen cabinets. This was a horror.

I am glad to say that I pleased with the results from A. M. Fresh Coats. Several layers of old flooring were removed. Subfloor was recemented. I was given several choices for tile replacement. My new floor has modernized the look of my home. 1st project complete. 2nd project will include hardwood refinishing.
