Estimated job at $1500 for full day's work on a small area of my spanish tile roof. Said he woould replace flashing's in one area and inspect and correct for broken tiles and exposed nail holes. Worked for only 2 hours; spread some membrane and compound, and calk gunned some exposed nail holes. I protested price but didn't win. (It remains to be seen if leak has stopped)
