They are very reliable and they know the building well so that’s usually pretty hands off on my part. Everyone seems to like them at the building. Their price is pretty in the middle of the road.

I've dealt with them a few times.  The actual workers who come to our house are punctual, seem knowledgeable and generally good.  They were happy to show me things I should know about a system that was new to us (bought a place with system in place).  
The problem has been, each time, with the office.  They don't return calls.  I needed new filters which they said I needed to supply or have them order and I pay--I was fine with that, but wished they had mentioned this before coming for the service appointment so it could have been done then.  
They assured me they were ordering the filters and the guys would come install them within a week.  Weeks past and I heard nothing so I contacted them.  After several attempts I still got no return calls with information.  A friend who knows the owners told me to call and talk to a specific person on a specific day, but the person who answered the phone refused to transfer me to that manager and again I had promises of return calls and got nothing.  When I finally got any help it was rude and it has taken far too long.  Because the filters are so dirty, we have been unable to run the system for 6 weeks now.  I was unable to buy the correct filters myself and was told they can only be purchased by authorized companies.

They were there too long. It should have taken max 2 hours not 6.

They call when they feel like it and no one seems like they care.  They've been really nice, but the only thing is you've got to chase them down.  You have to call constantly, they say they will call you back but they don't call you back.  They come initially and take the money.  I thought the price was fair, 4 guys were there for 3 hours analyzing the system so I didn't think it was a big deal.  I don't like having to chase these people down for an answer. I may get a second opinion.  They were easy to talk to and they've been in business a long time.

Though they arrived on time and quickly fixed the temp gauge issue, by resetting it, they were not able to fix the shutting off problem. He informed me to get a specific type of filter, which i did, but it still shuts off. I contacted them several times asking for quote to fix the shut off issue, humidifier installation as well as an annual maintenance quote. I am still waiting for that quote and its been over a month. I guess they do not want my business.

In the winter of 2008, our new business located in Gowanus, Brooklyn didn't have any HVAC installed. We had been working with a smaller company that had already hung and installed ductwork when we discovered that they couldn't pull DoB permits because they were not licensed. After working with them for months to get them a legitimate license, it proved impossible, and we fired them. Meanwhile, it was December, and freezing in the space. We had rental clients threatening to leave, and we were in trouble. After searching Angie's List, we found ALL HVAC, and made the call. They were there the next day, and 3 weeks later, we had our system fully installed and operational. There's a reason these guys were on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. They are such pros, I can't even begin to explain. Peter and Richie were very communicative, and helped us to understand the process from beginning to end. The only reason I give a B for price is that it was a costly job; it should not reflect in any negative way on them, because they worked very hard to keep the job within our budget. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You can rest easy knowing they will do the job correctly and quickly, and will find creative ways to get you what you need. They always answer the phone, and couldn't be more friendly people. They are the ones for the job, hands down.

On time, quick diagnosis, quick repair. Very professional.

They did very good job. We had few problems due to the previous contractor who was not licensed. So I went to All HVAC service INC. They completed the work with in one and a half month. They were very punctual, professional and I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

This company did great work. They were responsive to our calls and needs. I thought that they were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE TO COMMENTS OR COMPLAINTS. THEY SHOW UP THE DAY YOU CALL THEM AT THE TIME THAT YOU WANT THEM THERE. THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO PEOPLE.
