"Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work on your project. Our scope was only to tap into the existing outlet and run a new line for the closet. After finishing, we found the wiring was improperly tied to a kitchen GFI that acted as a breaker—something unsafe and not up to code. We showed this to you on site, and you acknowledged it. You even mentioned that in the four-switch box above that outlet, you didn’t know what some of the switches controlled. We did not alter your wiring—we only added the new outlet as agreed. The tripping was caused by the way your place was wired long before we arrived. We explained this clearly and told you that if you wanted it corrected, you could call us back. As for timing, this project took place over the 4th of July weekend. While we estimated four days, the holiday added three non-working days, and condo boards do not allow work on weekends or holidays, which brought the total to seven days. At Alcon, we’ve proudly served homeowners for over 15 years. We’ve completed full house and apartment renovations, and we have references from customers where we’ve successfully delivered entire projects from start to finish. Every job is backed by a warranty, and when and if issues come up, we ask all our clients to contact us. Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to work on your home. You’re always welcome to call us directly to discuss further—we’ll be happy to work with you toward a solution and do anything we can to help get this situated."
"We're so happy to hear from you. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with valuable feedback. We look forward to working with you too! Thank you again."
"The person who was in charge on that day was present when the countertop was installed. Before he paid the installer for the countertop , he asked you if everything was ok and if you liked it. You said "Yes". We are not responsible for third party sales. But we were still willing to work something out, but you demanded a full refund for a customized item. We had to connect the new sink drain because The sink drain was in a different place. Also had to change leaking speedy valve. We did not charge you for the labor. We first referred you to a company that we use quite frequently. But you told us to find a company that can provide a countertop that fits your budget When we found the countertop that fits your budget, we sat down with you and went over the details about the countertop. The countertop you received was in excellent condition. Your old countertop was a 2 piece and also had a seam. We worked with you all throughout this project. We are sorry you feel this way. We were looking fwd to finishing everything for you."
