Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
We recently hired Alcon Restoration to renovate our front entrance and basement, and we are very pleased with the results. Their work in the basement included installing drywall and constructing new walls, installing new bathroom fixtures, and diverting an exhaust pipe to improve ventilation. At the front entrance, the team completed a thorough renovation that included re-wiring light switches and installing both indoor and outdoor lighting, in addition to updating the overall space.
Alcon Restoration delivered every aspect of the project with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. When additional work arose that had not been included in the original estimate, they addressed it promptly and completed it at no extra cost to us, which demonstrated both integrity and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
The team was punctual, respectful of our home, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process.

Contractor installed kitchen counter, I paid $1800, he was not present for the installation and the counter was cut incorrectly by the third party of his choosing. He had the electrician oversaw the installation and did not notice that it was cut wrong. Once the contractor saw it, he agreed that it was not cut correctly but the third party who did it refused to give him a refund and now he also is refusing to refund my money that I have been asking for 3 weeks.

"The person who was in charge on that day was present when the countertop was installed. Before he paid the party for the countertop , he asked you.if everything was ok and if you liked it. You said "Yes". That was a custom piece, we sat down wth you and explained everything about the countertop. We are not responsible for third party sales. But we were still willing to work something out, but you demanded a full refund for a customized item. We referred you to a company that we use quite frequently. But you told us to find a company that can provide a countertop that fits your budget. The countertop you received was in excellent condition."

I hired this company to repair a fairly large hole in my drywall. I was very satisfied with the repair. Very professional, arrived on time, result was excellent, very smooth repair, took care in keeping work area clean and removed all debris. I would highly recommend. Al was super nice. Thank you.
