Double-priming necessary to block out dark colors. Wipe down and clean all walls, baseboards and trim Repair, walls, ceilings and match and repair missing baseboard trim Remove all electrical outlet plates, lights switch covers and remove and strip historic door hardware. Remove all unnecessary cable wiring from walls. Repair and match texture of water damaged ceiling in center office. Paint ceilings, walls, french doors and cabinets fronts in center office. Paint ceilings, walls and cabinet fronts in front office. Paint brick white in bedroom. Paint tin ceiling in bedroom. Paint and repair bedroom door so it closes and latches properly. Repair water damage in kitchen. Paint ceilings and walls in kitchen not including cabinets. Paint brick in kitchen. Replace overhead light in kitchen. Paint hallway including crown molding. Replace overhead light in hallway. Repair water damage from bathroom skylight. Patch roof leak above bathroom skylight. Paint walls and ceilings and trim in bathroom. Remove, paint and reinstall radiator cover in bathroom. Paint and install historic door to bathroom- source historic hinges and hardware. Paint walls ceiling and trim in roof hatch area. Carefully protect and paint around all dark wood trim in living room. Carefully paint all "cherry wood" trim, baseboards and doors semi gloss white. Staining and installing new door stop trim. Includes stripping all hardware and screws and sourcing hinge pins, antique door strike and antique doorknobs. side table refinishing - $500 Sanding, staining and refinishing two mid-century side tables.

Description of Work: 3 bedroom house 1,356 sq ft house. Repaired cracks in ceiling. Painted ceilings in living room, bathrooms and stairway and upstairs hallway. Painted all walls in living room, stairway and upstairs hallway. Touched up walls in kitchen. Painted all crown molding trim baseboards and fireplace mantle.

Stripped and restored all original hardware, light fixtures, doorknobs, hinges etc. Re-created original water-damaged baseboard trim. Stripped original window moldings and doors. Primed and painted plaster. All moldings, trim, baseboards windows and doors painted separately white semi-gloss.
