I CANNOT USE MY BASEMENT, EVEN AFTER THEY WORKED ON MY DRAIN LINE, AND AM WORRIED ABOUT HEALTH ISSUES AS A RESULT OF THE STANDING WATER. I CANNOT REALLY TELL THAT ANYTHING WAS ACCOMPLISHED DURING THEIR SERVICE CALL. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR WORK.

THEY CAME, THEY WERE ON TIME, THEY GOT IT DONE QUICKLY, AND THEY LEFT. THERE'S NOT A WHOLE LOT TO A SMALL REPAIR LIKE THAT.
