They built an addition on my house. I paid them. They tried to work with out licenses/permits for electrical and plumbing. The construction was generally bad throughout. For example, they removed a wall and failed to put in support for it. They built two roofs both of which started to leak. They abandoned the project after being paid about 95% of the money owed. The cost to repair the work was almost double the amount of the contract price. They failed to put in roof and wall insulation or sound proofing.

He is the best contractor that I have ever had. The workers are extremely responsive, detailed, and punctual. They are very well organized. At the end of the job, the contractor came back to correct anything that was wrong. If there is a need, I would use him again in the future too.
