He picked the TV up for repair. He was supposed to have the TV for 3 days, but h held the TV for 3 weeks with no call or anything. I called on Friday and he said part wasn't in. He then called Sunday and said the TV was ready. He came to my house with his wife and asked me to help. I carried the TV in with him. He then asked me to help again to hang it on the wall.While I was heading over to him he then picked it up by himself while trying to plug it in and he dropped it on the corner and cracked the whole screen. He asked for 3 days to find a screen. I hadn't heard from him for 3 days. I called today and he then claimed that he is not responsible for installation, just repairs and he isn't replacing the screen and a new screen costs $1200.00.
