The day of the move, the packers took unreasonably long time to pack and put in to the truck. They were taking breaks to smoke and sit every 1 hour. Already very unprofessinonal. By the end of the packing, they were so uninterested that they started refusing to pack certain items like mirror, toiletries randomly for no reason.When we received our stuff 5-6 days later, many items were broken. They had left our queen mattresses in outside in the rain sometime during the transit. So our mattresses were soaking wet and had red and black stains on the sides. A lot of glass ware was broken. They did not provide any assistance to replace the damaged items, they were very unresponsive when we were trying to settle the claim. All they offered to us was the standard 60 cents/pound of the damaged good. They did not honor the handwritten comment on the original estimate that the damaged good will be replaced to the full value. We did provide them with the receipts for most of the big ticket items. Whenever we called, there was only one person who seemed to handle new customer, claims, estimates, coordination etc. In the end we realized it is a very shady, poor quality service company. They offer low estimates for moving but the damage they incur is way beyond the estimates offered by other reputable companies. Would recommend to stay away from this company. you will read some goos reviews on their website, but those are false and fabricated.
