My bedbug infestation didn't seem that bad compared to some stories I heard, but I was getting multiple nightly bites, and would even catch and kill the occasional offender myself. I was able to setup an appointment in short order with these guys.
The tech called when he was in the area and even offered to come earlier if I was available. He seemed experienced and familiar with the problem, explained the chemicals being used, expectations, and all was by the book. Nice guy too.
The first treatment didn't get them all (this was basically to be expected) but it was a marked improvement. Luckily, they give you 90 days worth of treatments in one paid contract, in 10 day increments if you need them. This is so key.
I called them back and got the same prompt response, timely arrival, and same good-natured tech. While I got a few bites in the days following, they seem to have petered out over time (smaller, more infrequent bites) and now it appears they've been vanquished.
I would definitely recommend Abolish for bed-bugs. It's critical to do what they say and prep your place, making it as easy as possible for them to spray all relevant areas, and make sure your laundry and belongings are prepped as well.
It's a big price tag, but come on. It's bed-bugs. You're screwed anyway, so solve it the right way.
