I'm not in the habit of giving negative reviews, however, AAA Group has left me no choice. I hired them to do my land survey and initially intended to give them a positive review for being prompt and courteous. I didn't realize that the survey might be incorrect until the builder next door built his foundation encroaching on my land. After looking closely at the survey, I saw what appeared to be a mistake. I sent them an email to that effect, asking them how they arrived at their conclusions. I was rudely told that the surveyors are intelligent and know what they're doing. I responded that if I am diagnosed with a disease, I want to see my biopsy and blood results, and still want to know how the diagnosis was arrived at, in spite of the fact that the doctor is very intelligent. I asked again and asked if the historical records for the house, which is 100 years old, were accessed and, if so, how I could access them. I was then told that I didn't pay enough to get that information (I was charged the typical fee for a survey... not less than any other quote I received). I asked how much they would charge to come back and redo the survey just on the side of the house in question. I was given a price of $250. When I agreed to the price, there was dead silence. No response. I let them know again that I was interested but they did not respond. The responder at the company was dismissive and rude and I still don't have my answers, nor do I have the appointment for a follow-up survey I agreed to price on.
