Very unsatisfactory.  One of their techs  (Ricki, I believe) arrived in January 2011, and although he sprayed and put down traps, he severely bent the front of the stove when he moved it in and out to spray.  The result was not only a bent stove front but also an inability to open a kitchen drawer.  Apparently he didn't care because any quick inspection of the stove would show it had been damaged. I called about the problem, and three days later they sent out Peter who did a professional job, pointing out shortcomings in the pest control work that Ricki had done and bending the stove front back into shape..
In August 2011 I called to have Peter return to do a follow up.  I was promised Peter on 3 separate occasions, but each time I received a phone call the day before the appointment  saying that he was unavailable, and wouldn't I really be satisfied if they sent someone else.  I made it clear each time that I wanted Peter and not someone else, but they still tried to pawn off someone else on me. Finally I gave up and used another company.

The exterminator came at the appointed time (within a window of a few hours), laid the poison around the house and didn't need me to walk him through the grounds, and asked where we see ants and put down poison there (bathrooms and kitchens). He also advised us to remove the dried fruit from the dining room table and the dead leaves that had fallen from the plants (he said the ants could use them for food), pointed out the trail of ants in the living room and explained how they're probably coming in through the window. He pointed out a sticky spill on a kitchen counter and explained that it must be sugary; he advised us to keep all counters clean. He really took the time to look for ant trails and ways they could be getting in. He used a syringe to inject poison into tight spots (e.g. in the gap between the stove and the counter). I have a cat, so I asked in advance to make sure the poison wouldn't harm my cat; he added an extra precaution by advising me to let the poison dry completely before letting the cat back into the kitchens. Our exterminator wasn't allergic to cats (I'd warned them about the cat when I made the appointment). I wanted to re-hire them to spray our backyard for mosquitoes but they couldn't come the weekend I wanted because they're closed on Sundays and Mondays.
