The inspector's name is Bobby.He was very professional , courteous thorough. I would certainly recommend him & his company to all of my family and friends who may be in need of such a service.

Robert was referred to us by a friend, we didnâ t know what to expect he was professional, knowledgeable, and would highly recommend him, answered all our questions with detail, and checked for things we didnâ t even expect to be checked! Took his time, and did not rush!!! Absolutely the best! Extremely impressed with the quality and detail of his work!!!

Our agent referred us to Bobby and weâ ve used him for home inspections on 2 houses so far. We were extremely impressed by his level of professionalism, customer service, knowledge, and work ethic. We will never use anyone but Bobby for a home inspection in the NYC area. He went above and beyond by walking us through his report and answering any question we could think of following the inspection. He really knows his stuff and you can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work. Cannot recommended him highly enough. Would give him 10 stars if it was an option. Worth every penny.
