WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY TAX AND THE SHIPPING WAS CHEAPER THAN THE TAX. PRODUCTS HAVE FULL WARRANTY. A.J. MADISON IS VERY PRICE COMPETITIVE ON ALL APPLIANCES. THEIR SALESPEOPLE ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. DON'T FEAR PURCHASING OVER THE INTERNET. THE COOKTOP I PURCHASED ARCED (WAS DEFECTIVE) WHEN INSTALLED AND A.J. MADISON SHIPPED A REPLACEMENT RIGHT AWAY AT ZERO CHARGE. A.J. MADISON WILL ALSO MATCH/BEAT MOST PRICE QUOTES (HAGGLE AWAY) AND THERE IS NO TAX FOR OUT OF STATE (NON-NY) PURCHASES. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN WHEN PURCHASING LARGE APPLIANCES.
