From the time they walked in my home they were knowledgable and explained what the job entailed and the cost. I then agreed to have them perform the work to solve my issues. They are professional and very neat. I am very happy with the work they did.

Great job all around. We solicited two professional opinions on this job and selected A Good Plumber because their diagnosis made more sense and saved us money. Also, gave us a couple of extremely helpful tips unrelated to our job.

Thomas and his assistant arrived on time. Their COVID-19 safety procedures are excellent and I felt like we have not put each other in any danger. Thomas is very knowledgeable, courteous, and is just a pleasure to deal with. Even though he didn't have good news for me, I never felt like he was trying to sell me a bill of goods and left me feeling like I got my money's worth.

The inspection led to the discovery of a few issues, including a leak from a kitchen sink faucet and drainpipe replacement needed, which they repaired straight away. A few other issues with supply lines to a powder room sink, as well as shower faucets, were also addressed.

With the call ahead and the punctual arrival, the service visit was awesome. The plumbers who were assigned the job did a thorough walk through my house to truly track down and point out what was found. Prior to any work being done a full explanation including pricing was given. After everything was agreed upon the work was done. Both plumbers treated my house like it was theirs. On really important touch was the text message that was sent prior to arrival, which includes a picture of the lead plumber along with a short biography and video. At the end of the day every thing was taken care of and I became a loyal customer of “A Good Plumber” .... Thanks Thomas

Bill is the guy. It was the greatest experience I've ever had with a plumber.

I have used this company for many years. Warren came at the time he promised. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, he came with protective wear. The installation went well, and I am very happy.

The furnace stopped working on a Thursday night (overnight). On Friday morning, I phoned A Good Plumber for service but they were all booked. I was told that I would have to wait for Monday morning for service man to come, which would have meant freezing all weekend. But they made a few changes to their schedule and came to the house by 2:30 PM on Friday and took care of the problem. They are the most professional people I have ever dealt with, and very kind too!

As always, we were totally satisfied with Tommy's work, professionalism, and friendliness. As always, he took the time after completing the work, to explain what was done.

It went well. It was fixed as quoted plus extra charge for pipes used in repair.

They are a really rip-off operation. They have a sort of menu and its very very expensive. They had to come back more than once. I will never use them again. The first person was lousy but the second person is okay.

Great job. It was a bit expensive for the actual work that needed to be done, but reasonable given that they needed to take the time to come out. The plumber was really helpful giving other plumbing in my basement a once over and had lots of useful things to point out.

It couldn't have gone better. They provided a very thorough consultation. I particularly like getting a price for the job as opposed to an hourly rate. I love this company.

We “met” our service provider, Thomas before he arrived as we were introduced via an email notification. He was extremely personable, punctual and professional. Thomas listened to our concerns and assured us that he was more than able to deal with our issue. After his inspection, Thomas explained his findings and informed us of our options, in written proposals, so that we could make an informed decision. The work was done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. We are so happy that we called “A Good Plumber” to fix our leak. The work isn’t cheap, but if I’ve learned anything throughout the years, it’s that “a good plumber ain’t cheap and cheap plumber ain’t good!” Thank you Thomas for a job well done!

NOT SURE HOW IT WENT.THE JOB SEEMED good AND THEY CLEANED UP OK. THEN THE TOILET BACKED UP AND WASTE ALL OVER THE PLACE. i HAD SIGNED UP FOR DIAMOND SERVICE WITH THEM because of the good job. below is info on service i signed up for for email they sent me. Lifetime Diamond Club - Annual Inspection - 7 Days a week emergency service - 15% discount on most repairs - Lifetime Warranty on all fixtures provided and installed by A Good Plumber - Service Call waived when work is done on same day. So of course I called it was around midnight sat. THE ANSWERING SERVICE SAID SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME I asked the service how long they said they didnt know. I WAITED TILL THREE IN THE MORNING NO ONE CALLED. I GUESS i SHOULD OF ASKED WHAT THEIR DEFINITION OF EMERGENCY WAS. BUT WASTE MATTER ALL OVER THE BATHROOM IS AN EMERGENCY TO ME. I CALLED ANOTHER PLUMBER AND THEY CAME AND FIXED .... If they were not going to get back to me for 11 hours they called sunday late morning tell me and could get some one who provides emergency service. So i called and complained first about the handy wipe that the other plumber found since i saw them using them around the waste pipe. So they said they would never do it and i could not find anyone in my house who did it so it was you said i said. They offered to come out and put a camera in my pipes and see what problems they could find. One i had this done last year and two now I was thinking maybe it was a scam put something in the toilet and come and see what problems i had. So i said no thanks. I was sleep deprived and angry about and emergency service that did not respond so offer could have been a good faith effort on their part. The next part sort of put the nail in the coffin for this company for me. I called to ask exactly what the definition of emergency service was so i could call a really emergency service .. I even said i would wait to hear before doing this review. it has been a week no return call or email. So i rated responsiveness and professionalism bad because of that. I loved that they were on time to do the work so gave that an excellent. and work seems to be good (not a plumber myself)but looked good i guess time will tell. I tried to be fair here so you make up your own mind. They were also not cheap . I found another plumber on angie's list who responded later that would have done same job for 30% less.

Thomas was a complete professional. He notified me in advance of his arrival, explained his diagnosis of the problem and what his approach to remedy the situation would be. Everything was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I would definitely use again.
