Initially when I spoke to the secretary on the phone to set an appointment, she was very rude. I needed to have the problem taken care of and they were willing to come immediately. The initial quote was $125 with the first two holes being free of charge. At the end of the job, the serviceman stated the cost was $300. I questioned the reason for the higher price. He stated in a very unprofessional manner that additional holes needed to be filled. With much discussion, the price I paid was $175 for the entire service. They did arrive on time and cleaned up after the work area.

A-1 WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, RESPECTFUL AND NEAT. THEY CAME IN WITH SMILING FACES. THERE WAS NO DISTINCTIVE AROMA. I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED.
