 + 0 moreThey were excellent. They show up, are courteous, clean, on time and the references we checked out were excellent as well. I appreciated their professionalism and courteous nature. Even during bad weather they would send someone out. The fee was reasonable. In order to change our heating system, they had to work with our general contractor, architect and plumber and did so professionally.
Description of Work: We hired them to do siding and line our chimney.

 + -1 moreAs of this writing, the job is still in progress due to unforeseen circumstances in the condition of our early 1900's brownstone in landmarked Brooklyn. A1 is helping us deal with these problems.
Description of Work: When we first hired A1 American, we encountered delays with having them begin the job. The problem may have had to do with an internal staffing problem which they have since seem to have solved. Since that time, I must say that the owner of A1 has spent a good deal of time and energy and attention on our project. A1 American has been so much more responsive and professional and I now feel like they are on top of the project.
