I was referred to Paul by a good friend a couple of years ago after several tremendous snow storms resulted in a leak and water damage in an interior room. At the time I received a number of estimates. He was very busy so our initial meeting took a while to happen. When we finally connected, he came out and we discussed two options: 1) an inexpensive, simple fix that might work and 2) a more expensive elaborate fix. We decided to try the simple fix first to see if it could be effective. He didn't charge me and only asked me to tip his crew.
Last year winter season there was no snow to test whether the simple fix worked. This year we got a massive 18 inches in one storm. Lo and behold, the leak appeared to be getting worse. He came out within the week, tested the interior area for water (which there was). We agreed on a cap for the work, depending on what he and his crew found once they inspected the area. He and his crew were out about 2 weeks later.
The work was done in about one day. The crew worked quickly and quietly and cleaned up before they left. It was less involved that anticipated so the fees were about half the agreed upon cap. He can back the following week to test the interior again after another big snow storm. It was no completely dry.
I would definitely use Paul again.

We originally spoke with this company but they sub-contracted the work out to another company. They did not always show up. When they did the work was sloppy. We had to ask for things to be changed and had to supervise their work. The gutters are up, but it was not the experience we were looking for.

The work was sourced out to another roofing company. There was poor communication on what needed to be done. The quality of the work was average with little detail to aesthetics. They had to come back several times to finish the job. The owner tries to make you feel you are being difficult when you ask for better service.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY GOOD. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THE WORKERS WHO CAME OUT WERE PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

IT WAS GOOD. IT WAS FINE. IT WAS ADEQUATE. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS FINE. IT WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. THEY WERE JUST VERY PROFESSIONAL. I CALLED WITH THE PROBLEM and THEY CAME VERY QUICKLY, WITHIN A DAY OR SO.
