JSM took me in. They made my problems their problems. Inspiring and graceful service matched with hyper adroitness. Our furnace was done with a broken part sourced to Jupiter. Joe did not even blink. Joe, Milton and their crew are AMAZING!!!!! Started the work right away for a very good price and did exactly what we were looking for (velocity air cooling and heating), and this was not an easy job in our 100 year old Tudor house. Such hard workers and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They finished the very difficult job in the time promised and the work was done expertly and with the utmost care with prompt service and great communication!!! We are so thankful to these guys and cannot recommend them enough!! This job was not an easy one and they did an epic job!!!! Joseph replied quickly, was available same day and gave great feedback regarding my repair (I sent him photo/video of the issue and he knew exactly what to do). Ultimately my building management sent someone over, otherwise I would have gone with him.

Joe arrived at exactly the appointment time and got right to work. Needed a kitchen faucet replaced and a part of a pipe with a leaky joint changed. We had discussed what work needed to be done a few days before so he came with all the materials needed---including a new faucet which I had picked out from pictures he sent me. He finished both jobs in an hour. Left no mess, cleaned up everything. Was very polite and respectful.

I had a kitchen sink leak on Christmas Day. I called Roto Rooter and they gave me an outlandish estimate to fix it so I tried HA. Joe worked with my schedule, told me exactly what he was doing, it took exactly how long he estimated, including a trip to Home Depot. and the work looks good. I have always needed a plumber and now I have one. I would highly recommend him.
