Window Service
We placed a call on Monday for an appointment for an estimate. We agreed 6pm the following day was good for both parties. During our conversation it was conveyed the situation was dire, and we needed new windows throughout the house asap. On the following day, forty-five (45) minutes prior to our appointment, the office called to cancel. I informed my husband, and he arranged for a later time the same day, 7:30. After rearranging our schedule, we received another call looking to change the time back again to 6pm. Since we made arrangements for a sitter, we could not and stated we had to keep the 7:30 appointment. This was agreed upon and at 7pm drove to our new home. We arrived at 7:25, left two messages and waited until 8:15 then proceeded to leave. At 8:25 Niko called to say he was in front of the house. It was at this time, we stated we were no longer interested in doing business with Window Warehouse. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE...........

WE HAD A VARIETY OF GOOD QUALITY OF WINDOWS TO CHOOSE FROM. THE INSTALLATION PRICE WAS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THE WINDOWS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THIS COMPANY PROVIDED.
