replacement windows
+ -1 moreWindow King replaced multiple windows in my mother’s home. After replacement, she spent the winter with drafts never before experienced. When we called the company, they sent someone out who confirmed there was air coming through the seals and told us to deal with the manufacturer (OKNA) ourselves. The manufacturer refused to agree there was a problem. Window King told us they had nothing more to do with the issue. I live in CO and recently replaced windows. We had a problem that required contacting the manufacturer and starting a warranty—-the company I worked with did everything on my behalf. That’s the way it should work! Meanwhile, my 82 year old mother is being told “sorry, we can’t help you”. Terrible customer service. Terrible. She spent over 7k with Window King and this is how she is treated.
