The plumber arrived within the hour just like the nice receptionist lady said he would. He was very polite and quick to solve the issue. For future reference I will definitely call these guys up again!!

On Tuesday 4th, I subscribed to Angie's List looking for someone to repair my heat, and found 236th st plumbing and sewer and scheduled an appointment for Fri 7th.. On Wednesday 5th, the plumber come to my home around 5:10pm,I was at work so he told me he would be back on Thursday 6th. No one showed on Thursday. Friday I called the office to see what happens to my appointment and was told he would be there Friday at 7:30, well he never showed.. He called me Saturday 8th, at 6:15pm to tell me he was outside my door and left a message that I should call the office... So Monday 10th I called the office again and was guarantee he would be there Tuesday around 1pm... Well he said he came. I got a message saying he was outside the door.. If you truly came, why not ring the door bell, isn't that the reason we have them... So I called the office, was hung up on and then my number blocked.. I was shock and figured it was a mistake until I tried from another number, only to be hung up on and the second number also blocked.. Whatever happen to a little communication to try and correct the problem instead of the rudeness. .. I will never recommend this company to anyone. It is the worst and that is not the proper way to handle a situation.. SHAME!!!! SHAME!!!! SHAME!!!
