They are not pushing, and as a matter-of-fact, they always try to save the customer money. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with a previous locksmith. Rocky, a Webster locksmith technician, did a superior job replacing the faulty locks. They pick up the phone on the first right, and if they don't have hardware that you would prefer that will order anything you would like. Allan recently mentions that he required another locksmith company, and Rocky arrived at one of my properties in a Mercedes van which was not conspicuously marked with the company name. As a crime victim this was much preferred, and they accommodated me at everything turn. I trust Webster Locksmith implicitly, and I have already recommended them to family and friends. On a scale of 1 to 10 regarding professionalism, efficiency, quality of workmanship, quality of hardware, and customer loyalty, as well as employee loyalty they receive at least a 50 - they are "off the charts".
