He charged me 90.00/hour and I would have to pay extra for any wiring. This was to fix the doorbell. He put two wires together. I have used them before for keys but I will never use them again because of the cost and I have the receipt to prove it.

Locksmith was courteous and very polite, very efficient. Came on time did what needed doing and left after giving me my receipts.

He has a diagnostic technician there who is absolutely exceptional, who can solve any kind of problem you have with your car, from locks to windows to stereo systems. His service is reasonable, and it is the best out of all the people that I have checked, and his quality is excellent. He is a people person, he is very personal with you.

The salesperson was professional and knew what I needed. inventory is bountiful.

I moved to a new neighborhood in New York City, which is like moving to another state. I became single and needed a locksmith. I had just joined Angie's List to start my life over and needed a trust worthy locksmith. At the time Webster Locksmith was at the top of the list, I was negligent in not submitting a report with Angie's list immediatly, but they are terrific. David Miller the owner was very nice, he sent a workmen over right away and he advised me the kind of lock to install that I would feel safe. I did not want four locks to feel that way, I wanted to be able to get in and out of my apartment with as little hassle as possible and with the most effective and safe lock. About month after the lock was installed I needed copies for my children, cleaning lady etc. and the lock came with a card. I went to a number of locksmith/hardware stores to have a copy made of the keys. They said they did not have the 'blank' to make the key. I called David back and asked what was going on? He said that for our own safety only he and another company that has been around for over 50 years in New York City have the mold, that way no one could make copies. He said there had been a run on making extra copies from the mold and this was his way of protecting his customers. Out of a courtesy and because he had just installed the locks I asked if I gave him the number of the card would he make me some additional keys. He did and had them sent over to me. I was sure to make enough, because it was so hard to get a copy! Frankly that is exactly what I wanted to feel safe and I thank David Miller.

I THINK THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY EVEN GAVE ME A DEAL SINCE I NEEDED FRONT, BACK AND GARAGE DOOR LOCKS. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THEY ALSO SAID THEY WOULD KEEP A SPARE IN CASE I NEEDED WITH NO EXTRA CHARGES.

QUICK RESPONSE TIME. THEY SUGGESTED THE BEST LOCKS AND MIRRORS FOR EACH AREA. PROVIDE DIFFERENT OPTIONS FOR OFFICE LOCKS AND KEYS. INSTALLED DEADBOLTS AND DEMONSTRATED HOW EACH IS USED.
