I found our agent to be very professional. He was able to handle everything that we encountered from start to finish. He made sure we didn?t go over the budget we set for ourselves. Before we got into a deal, he told us what we would spend with insurance, taxes, and mortgage---and it was definitely in line with what the bank had told us. We didn?t enter into anything blindly. I found him to be extremely reassuring and very knowledgeable. He anticipated my questions even before I asked him. He addressed my concerns right on the spot. I never left a meeting with him without having my questions answered.
In my previous with another realtor, my calls were not returned and I had to do all the leg work. If you're the professional, I don?t want to feel like you?re not invested in me and not wanting to find out what I?m looking for.
