TRI-COUNTY PEST CONTROL INC

So I had these pesky devil bugs for about 1 yr before I met Sal. I don't even know how to begin how depressed I was, how sad and frustrated I was. The feeling of wanting to burn everything I own. Before sal I had professional help, they came several times but the bugs would not stop. I was over it, then I decided to look at Angie's List because clearly looking this up by myself wasn't working. I spoke to a few people but there was something in Sal's voice that made me so calm. Its the calmest I had ever felt in months. He was confident with his words, I guess that comes from yrs of experience. He made me feel so at ease, and that I would be able to get rid of these things once and for all. The person that came to the house was equally calming and professional. They took car of my problem. I cried thinking about how long and how much money I spent before. My heart would sink whenever I saw a bite on my baby again and again. I really believed that I had to move in order to get away from them. If I can have success with them I think everyone will. One regret I have is that I didn't find him earlier. I had 5 choices of exterminators on Angie's List in my area I narrowed it down to 2 and picked Sal. Not only is he a fantastic exterminator, Sal is kind, compassionate and extremely patient. He took the time to calm me down which he didn't have to do. He answered my calls immediately and was always happy to discuss whatever I was concerned about which was quite often in the 3 weeks that he worked with me. Sal became more than an exterminator, he's like family to me now. He made a horrible situation better and went above and beyond what he needed to do to ease my mind and my crippling fear of bugs. Only Tri County Pest Control offers a 6 month warranty the others only offer a 2 month warranty. I highly recommend Sal he did everything within his power to make me happy and ensure my house were flea and gnat free. I actually keep in touch with him not about bugs but to see how he's doing!!!

Since I could not locate this company again and the termite problem is back, I am not pleased with the work done in the past.

It went very well. Very nice folks, very easy to deal with, prompt service and professional demeanor. The owner (with one helper) did the work. His office staff (who made the arrangements) was also terrific. They take pride in what they are doing and really seem to care about doing a good job. They provide a two-year warranty with the service that can then be renewed annually for as long as you like ($125/yr, I think). I believe that the annual fee also includes an inspection if you ask for it. Anytime you think you see termites in the future--as long as you are under warranty--they will come out and check and treat again as necessary.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD, FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. THEY ARE AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY. I THINK THAT THE OWNERS ARE EXCELLENT. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM AND THE RESULTS.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. I HAVE USED THEM A COUPLE YEARS BEFORE ALSO, SO I KNEW THAT THEY WOULD DO A GOOD JOB. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.
