Toyo construction

I sent an email last week to Toyo Construction (owner Teodoro) from Angie's List and waited several days with no response I then decided to call him, which he answered immediately. I explained to him what I needed done, and even mentioned i had sent my email which detailed everything needed to be done. He seemed to acknowledge getting it, but never apologized or commented as to why he never contacted me This should have been my first warning sign So he tells me he can come by my 3 family house at 430pm, and to text my address. So I text my address, but he never responds that he received it. So I figure hes busy So 430 rolls around, then 500 so I text and ask if hes still coming NO RESPONSE So I wait to see if he contacts me the next day, thinking any reputable Company would Nothing So I sent him another message telling him I'll contact Angie's List and let them know he was not only a No Show, but also never contacted me back I find this highly Unprofessional, and Angie's List should remove this Company from its website Why waste my time sitting around for him, and his place is litterly 5 minutes from me Customer Jason
