Dorothy and her team did exactly what I wanted, and were punctual and blazingly efficient. Communication was as perfect as could be, and they treated the job like it was a six-figure project. What more can I say, except that I wouldn't think of using anyone else on the upcoming jobs I have planned. Everything a contractor should be!

Our experience with TPS was great. Initially, I spoke with Dorothy John to go over the project and ideas. Then, Fernando visited to look at what we wanted done, take measurements, etc. The quote came back promptly and in the end, we came in at budget. Fernando did an excellent job hanging our glass-paned pocket doors which we had salvaged from another apartment. The end result was really terrific. All in all, TPS got the work done when they said they would and at the price initially quoted.

After inviting several contractors to provide estimates, we were very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of Total Property Services Inc. - qualities the turned out to be consistent throughout the job. All our questions were answered promptly, we were able to adjust our plans during the job without any problems, and our wishes as clients were always the first priority for this company. The service was therefore excellent, and it was a pleasure to work with Dorothy John, who handled the business end of the job so well. The crew - led by the knowledgeable foreman Fernando - who handled the work was exceptional: a polite and responsive group of excellent craftsmen. The work was done with as little disruption to our apartment as possible, and every day the site was left clean and organized. As for the work itself, we are very satisfied with the quality. We would use Total Property Services Inc. again and would recommend them to others.

It was a totally different experience. There was no nonsense, the guys all worked together well and got along. Very professional. They finished on time just as they stated in the contract. We made some changes in the work that was going to be done and they immediately produced a formal letter stating the changes and refunded $2000 that I'd paid to have the floors refinished. I've never seen anything like the organization and paperwork they have provided.
